Marco is an Italian Business Lawyer with a focus on international business law, financial and banking law, and fintech. He also has a strong interest in the legal implications of new technologies, even at the level of academic research.
After graduating in law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University (Milan, Italy), he obtained a research doctorate (Ph.D.) in business law. He is a contract professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Brescia.
Besides collaborating as an attorney with Turnkey, Marco is a founding partner of the international legal network “OS Law,” based in Lombardy (Italy), the industrial beating heart of Italy.
Marco will guide you through the legal forms and structures to conduct your business activities in or from the UAE, based on his extensive experience in international commercial contracts, company law and corporate governance, banking and finance law.
Marco is an official representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE (IICUAE).
