Chapter Zero: Entering the UAE.

The UAE, and most particularly Dubai, aims at attracting talents and expertise by offering the safest most attractive life environment you can dream of in 2021… and the plan is to make it even better by 2040.

If you are not a GCC national, you will need a residency visa to live in the UAE.

Before we can help you acquire the UAE Residency for yourself and for your descendants and ascendents, you will need to first enter the UAE. There are currently only two options. Indeed, even if you have a valid employment offer, we cannot process an out of country entry permit for you anymore. You will have to come first, either through a

  • Remote Working Visa

In view of the current global pandemic and the ever-evolving rules and regulations around travelling, we cannot commit to a procedure. We will have to check on a case-by-case basis.

Whether you need a visa or not is dependent on your country of citizenship. Citizens of more than 50 countries do not require a pre-arranged visa to enter Dubai. Other passport holders are eligible for a visa on arrival at no cost. However, others may need to apply for a visa beforehand.

Your length of stay depends on your visa type starting from 14 and up to 180 days.

All visas are valid for 60 days from the date of issue until entry to the UAE, except the 48-hour and 96-hour visa Transit Visa (valid for 30 days).

Typically documents we might require if we are processing a Tourist Visa for you are as follows

  • Passports with at least six months validity prior to you date of travel to Dubai. Passports must also be machine readable – handwritten passports will not be accepted.
  • Coloured photographs
  • Confirmed airline booking
  • Application form or additional documents depend

For the Remote Working Visa, it is slightly more complex but totally manageable by experts. The documents required are listed in the link above.
